Privacy policy

Effective October 27, 2026.

In short

You do not need an account. We do not ask for your name or e-mail to use the site, we use no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers, and your recipe never leaves your device.

Who is responsible

KPR Serviços em Tecnologia da Informação LTDA, CNPJ 48.238.016/0001-63, Rua Luiz Barbosa de Campos, 142, apt. 114, Jardim Alvorada, São Carlos, SP, 13562-330, Brazil, is responsible for this site. For anything about your information, including the requests below, write to contato.kprstudio@gmail.com.

Your recipe

The recipe you type is saved only in your browser's storage on your device, so you can come back to it. We never receive it. You can delete it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

What our hosting provider sees

The site is delivered by Cloudflare, which, like any web host, processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. We do not use this information to identify you. Cloudflare's practices are described in its privacy policy. The fonts and the food data come from our own site, so no other company is contacted while you use it.

When you write to us

If you e-mail us, we use your address and your message only to answer you, and keep them as long as needed for that and for our legal records.

Legal basis, transfers and retention

Under Brazil's data protection law (LGPD), we process hosting data to deliver the site you request (art. 7, V) and to keep the access records the law requires (art. 7, II). We use your e-mails to answer you: to take the steps you ask for before a contract (art. 7, V) or, when you write for a company, our legitimate interest in answering it (art. 7, IX). Cloudflare processes hosting data and the access records on servers in many countries, a transfer necessary for those purposes (art. 33, IX, with art. 7, II and V), and Google stores our e-mail in the United States. We keep access records (IP address, source port, date and time of each page you open) for 6 months in confidence, as Brazilian law requires (Law 12.965/2014, art. 15, and Decree 8.771/2016, art. 15-A), and then delete them. They are stored encrypted, written only by the site's own code, disclosed only by court order, read only by the account owner with two-step login, and every read is logged (Decree 8.771/2016, art. 13). We keep e-mails as long as needed to answer you and for our legal records.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising. We disclose it only to Cloudflare, which delivers the site, and Google, which hosts our e-mail (Gmail), to deliver the site and answer you, or when the law requires it.

Do Not Track

We do not track you across sites, and no other company collects information about your activity across sites through our site, so a Do Not Track signal from your browser changes nothing here.

Children

The site is for food businesses and is not directed to children under 13.

Your rights

You may ask us to confirm whether we hold information about you, to see it, correct it, anonymize, block or delete it, receive a portable copy, learn with whom we shared it, or object to a use of it (rights of Brazil's data protection law, LGPD, art. 18, which we honor for everyone). Access records are not deleted or anonymized before their 6 months end (LGPD art. 16, I), and the records themselves are disclosed only by court order (Law 12.965/2014, art. 10, § 1). Write to the address above and we will answer within 15 days. You may also complain to Brazil's Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados (ANPD).

Changes

If we change this policy, for example to accept payments or to count visits, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date before the change takes effect.
